Here's my query! Thanks for any feedback!

Dear [XXXX],
WHAT REMAINS is a young adult psychological thriller (with horror elements) complete at 80,000 words. It has the mystery and unreliable narration of Throwaway Girls and the haunting atmosphere of The Dead and the Dark. It might also appeal to fans of The Haunting of Hill House. WHAT REMAINS has a dual PoV with one PoV coming from the side of the haunting and slowly developing more and more as the story progresses. I have been previously agented by [XXXX]. I have also previously worked as an editor for [XXXX].
Deep in the swamp lies a danger worse than death.
When sixteen-year-old Madison’s best friend, Sadie, drowns in the ocean, she knows it was her fault—and so does everyone else. To get away from the stares and whispers, Madison is sent to the swamplands of Georgia to spend the rest of the summer with her aunt.
But the dead won’t leave Madison alone. Far worse than the quiet rumors she left back home, Madison starts hearing Sadie’s voice echoing down the long halls of her aunt’s ancient house. She doesn’t want to believe that Sadie is haunting her, but when she finds messages scrawled across the mirrors and recordings on her phone in her own distorted voice—all promising death—Madison can’t even trust her own mind and memories.
As Madison begins losing time and waking up in strange places, she knows she’s not only being haunted but also possessed. Terrified of what’s happening to her, Madison confides in Wyatt, the boy next door, and takes refuge in the swamp they explore together. When Madison and Wyatt become trapped within it, Madison discovers there’s something deadly lurking in the murky water below and starts to doubt if the thing haunting her is actually Sadie. As sinister voices try to lure her deeper into the heart of the swamp, Madison must figure out what exactly is haunting her and how the bog is connected to it—or she won’t only become the next lost girl, she’ll condemn another friend to death too.
